Legal & Data Protection
Legal and Data Protection Notice and Take-Down Policy
Effective Date: January 15, 2025
All Names operates in good faith. The purpose of this policy is to protect the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of third parties as well as those of our customers. We are committed to responding quickly and efficiently to notices of alleged IPR infringement.
However, All Names requires your cooperation to identify potentially infringing items. As intellectual property owners are responsible for protecting their own IP, and All Names does not claim legal expertise in IPR matters, both parties must necessarily collaborate under this policy.
Reporting an Alleged IPR Infringement
If you sincerely believe that an intellectual property right has been violated on All Names, please submit a statement of alleged IP infringement to us. Your statement must include the following:
- Full Name of the Owner: The full name of the intellectual property rights owner.
- Your Full Name and Company: Your own full name and the name of the company you represent (if applicable).
- Address: Your full address, including City, State, and Zip Code.
- Contact Information: Your email address and telephone number (with country code).
- Description of the Infringement: A detailed description of the alleged intellectual property rights infringement.
- Location on the Website: Explanation of the alleged infringement and its exact location on the All Names website (e.g., product URL).
- Good Faith Declaration: A statement declaring that you believe in good faith that an intellectual property right has been violated.
- Accuracy Declaration: A statement declaring that the information provided in your notice is true and correct.
- Indemnity Declaration: A clear declaration that you will indemnify All Names against any and all associated claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred in connection with the notice.
Important Notes
- Any misrepresentations or inaccuracies—whether willfully or as a result of neglect—made in your notice may expose you to liability and damages.
- You must carefully consider relevant IP defenses, limitations, or exceptions before submitting a notice. For specific legal advice, consult an attorney.
